Types of Fleet Operations

Mercurialis Inc. conducts a variety of fleet operations, each tailored to different objectives and playstyles. Here’s an overview of the types of fleets we run:

• PvP Roams: Engage in fast-paced combat as we patrol and disrupt enemy territories. These fleets prioritize mobility, coordination, and rapid decision-making.
• Nullsec Sovereignty Battles: Fight alongside our allies to defend or expand territorial control in nullsec space. Expect large-scale fleet warfare, coordinated tactics, and high stakes.
• Wormhole Expeditions: Explore and exploit wormhole space for resources, combat opportunities, and strategic positioning.
• Mining Defense Operations: Protect our industrial operations by fending off hostile threats during mining fleets.
• Structure Bashes: Participate in organized attacks on enemy structures or defend our assets from hostile incursions.
• Training Fleets: Designed for newer members, these fleets focus on teaching fleet mechanics, ship roles, and effective communication.

Getting Started with Fleet Operations

Joining a fleet operation is easy, and our experienced fleet commanders (FCs) ensure every member is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Stay Informed: Keep an eye on our Discord and in-game channel MINC BAR for fleet pings and announcements.
2. Check Doctrines: Ensure you have a ship that aligns with our fleet doctrines. Visit the Doctrines page for up-to-date fittings and requirements.
3. Be Prepared: Stock your ships with the necessary modules, ammunition, and scripts. Keep backup ships ready in case of losses.
4. Join Voice Comms: Communication is critical in fleet operations. Log into our Discord server and join the designated fleet channel before undocking.
5. Follow the FC: The Fleet Commander’s instructions are paramount. Follow their orders promptly to ensure fleet success.

Fleet Roles and Responsibilities
